We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Advocate to join our team in Lille or Paris.
Job Description- This is a customer-facing role where you will be responsible for providing top-notch support, identifying customer needs, and ensuring they get the most out of our services.
- You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to deliver exceptional experiences and drive satisfaction.
- Provide timely and effective support to our customers, helping them to use our services to their full potential.
- Regularly survey customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Introduce new products to our existing customers and collaborate with the sales team to address any potential issues.
- Act as a liaison between our customers and Hornetsecurity, ensuring that their concerns are heard and addressed.
- Manage projects and work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute outstanding customer success campaigns.
- A degree in marketing, advertising, communications, computer science, or a related field.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the IT-technical sector.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and partners.
- Bilingualism in French and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to motivate yourself and pursue your goals with passion.
- Strong organizational skills, prioritization abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- A strong desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
