At OpenText, we are seeking a highly skilled CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive revenue growth, retention, and customer satisfaction for our most strategic clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute revenue-generating activities to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Manage complex sales and renewal cycles, negotiating multi-year enterprise cloud agreements.
  • Drive key governance activities to create long-term value for customers while mitigating risk and improving relationships.
  • Champion customer satisfaction, resolving problems and disputes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage contract renewals and drive revenue opportunities within the customer portfolio.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the enterprise software industry.
  • Proven track record of managing complex sales and renewal cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Business fluency in French (or proficiency in another language).
  • Knowledge of MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies.
  • Experience with CRM applications, including Salesforce.
