Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development and Account Management Expert to join our Revenue team at Starther, a leading company in the recruitment and employer branding sector.

As a Business Development and Account Management Expert, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of 60 to 80 customers by being their primary point of contact and ensuring their satisfaction. Your objective is to drive our future growth by building relationships with prospects and clients, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maximizing upsell, cross-sell, new sales opportunities, and reducing churn.

This role is based in Paris, with the possibility of up to 2 days of remote work per week. You will be part of a dynamic team of 300+ people who are united, enthusiastic, and passionate about building and growing our project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow existing customers' portfolio by generating cross-selling, upselling, and expansion opportunities, and reducing churn rate.
  • Present new features, products, and services to customers.
  • Anticipate renewals with potential upsell and lead complex negotiations with multiple key stakeholders.
  • Transform Annual Recurring Revenue (yearly subscriptions) and Non Recurring Revenue (one-shot sales) leads sent by the CSM team.
  • Identify and convert Non Recurring Revenue opportunities.
  • Work closely with the CSM team to ensure the best customer experience.
  • Advise on the best use of our products and services.
  • Enhance WTTJ products by sharing customers' feedback to contribute to product, offer (pricing and packaging), and process improvements.

Preferred Experience:

We are looking for a candidate with 6 to 8 years of experience in key account management and business development. You should be comfortable with outbound sales and have a strong ability to understand needs, convince, and sell. You should also be organized, rigorous, and responsive, with a focus on results and data.
