As part of our vibrant and dedicated HR department, you will engage in a variety of human resources functions across a broad spectrum of roles, including engineering, sales, and marketing.

Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Training Management: Overseeing the training schedule, identifying suitable courses, and managing budget allocations;
  • Recruitment Support: Partnering with hiring managers on job advertisements, reviewing CVs, and conducting preliminary interviews;
  • HR Development Initiatives: Implementing integration strategies, participating in apprenticeship programs, engaging in youth mobility committees, and facilitating HR workshops;
  • Employee Administration: Handling onboarding and offboarding processes, managing payroll-related activities, and attending payroll meetings;
  • Incentive Programs: Actively contributing to campaigns for employee incentives and individual salary adjustments;
  • General HR Tasks: Responding to employee queries, drafting HR policies, participating in mobility committees, and presenting in CSE meetings.
