Job Title: Human Resources Administrative Coordinator

Become a vital part of our organization at Paris Habitat, where you will play a key role in the management of human resources and engage in various innovative projects within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Contract Management: Create and oversee employment agreements (permanent and temporary) along with their amendments.New Employee Integration: Organize and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, interns, and apprentices, including necessary formalities such as DPAE, medical examinations, benefits enrollment, access badges, and IT permissions.Administrative Personnel Oversight: Maintain and update employee records, track personnel movements, manage health assessments and insurance documentation, and issue various employment certificates.HR Information System Management: Process employee departures, execute relevant procedures, and ensure the accuracy of contractual information.Attendance Monitoring: Address time discrepancies and oversee the management of time credits and debits.Leave Administration: Handle various types of employee absences, including maternity leave, vacation, and RTT.

HR Integration:

HR Process Standardization: Assist in the formalization and enhancement of human resources processes.Involvement in HR Initiatives: Contribute to the organization of integration workshops, process improvements, and the development of IT solutions.

Candidate Profile:

Possession of a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for candidates pursuing a Master's in Human Resources.

Essential Skills: Strong organizational abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, proactive approach, and familiarity with legal and regulatory aspects of personnel management.
