Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support a team of 6-7 account managers to achieve their sales goals and objectives
  • Coordinate and oversee the installation process to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Manage a team of 2 technicians responsible for the installation and maintenance of automotive systems
  • Optimize logistics processes in collaboration with the logistics department to improve overall efficiency
  • Coordinate back-office operations with the Customer Service team to ensure seamless communication
  • Initiate and monitor Key Account Management projects to drive business growth
  • Oversee and improve product assortment and pricing strategies to meet market demands
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Specialist to align marketing needs and strategies
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales and people management
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a strong ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant experience or interest in the automotive industry
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and other relevant software
  • Fluency in Dutch, French, and English
