Join Our Global Partner Ecosystem

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner Sales Manager to drive revenue growth in collaboration with our top solution and technology partners in the UKI, France, Nordics, and Benelux regions. As a key member of our global partner team, you'll be responsible for building and executing a partner business plan, coordinating co-marketing initiatives, and working closely with sales leadership to ensure alignment and mutual success.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a partner strategy aligned with sales leadership to achieve pipeline and revenue targets
  • Co-create partner plans with regional partners to enable field activities and drive sales pipeline
  • Build and manage partner-sourced pipeline in your territory
  • Be the trusted advisor to account executives and make working with partners easy
  • Pre-qualify partners on opportunities they source and prepare them to meet with Amplitude AEs
  • Activate new partners in your region to broaden and enhance Amplitude's platform
  • Track joint sales pipeline and provide visibility into partner-sourced opportunities
What We're Looking For
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in Partner Sales, Channel Management, or Partner Development roles
  • Previous experience holding a quota and demonstrating success in achieving revenue targets
  • Demonstrated experience guiding partners to their first win and driving the roadmap
  • Experience working with partners in France and the UKI regions
  • Ability to use data to make decisions and focus on outcomes over activities
  • Solve complex problems and design processes with a bias for execution
  • Motivated by exceeding revenue targets and passionate about collaborating with colleagues in a team-centric environment
