Partner Sales Manager France

The Partner Sales Manager France is a key role in our company, responsible for driving revenue growth through our partner and alliance ecosystem in the French and Spanish regions. This role will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain relationships with key personnel in assigned digital agencies, technology partners, and global system integrators.
- Work closely with sales teams to align on opportunities and identify new sources of revenue.
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans and marketing initiatives to drive pipeline growth.
- Assess, clarify, and validate partner needs to ensure effective enablement for selling and solution development.
- Coordinate the involvement of all necessary company and partner resources to address end-user needs.
- Manage a sales cycle from business champion to close, with a focus on consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- 5+ years of channel and alliances sales experience in a complex technology solution-selling B2B sales environment.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing agencies, systems integrators, and web development.
- Ability to grow sustainable channel partnerships through account planning, strong pipeline management, and effective communication.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a focus on managing a sales cycle from business champion to close.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
