About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to join our team at the AXA Group. As a key member of our corporate activities, you will provide administrative support to our senior leaders and contribute to the success of our global strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including managing their schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing documents.
  • Manage complex diary and travel arrangements, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality service.
  • Collaborate with other executive and administrative assistants to ensure smooth execution and high-quality service.
  • Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
  • Perform multifaceted general office support, including time-off, purchases, expense accounts, and other administrative tasks.
  • Support the team by organizing employee arrivals and departures, managing supply and software requests, and tracking holidays and leaves of absence.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant at a senior level in an international environment.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Pack Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong ability to be concise and clear in note writing.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, effective verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
  • Highly discreet and confidential.
  • Customer-service orientation.
