Department Overview:

As part of the Group Performance Management department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the scheduling and management of the calendars for Heads of GPM Sub-departments.
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, including those with senior executives and external partners.
  • Facilitate travel arrangements for department heads and their teams.
  • Provide comprehensive office support, including procurement and expense management.
  • Collaborate with fellow executive and administrative assistants to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
  • Utilize networking skills to engage effectively within and outside the organization.
  • Exhibit excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Demonstrate strong research capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Show a willingness to learn and adapt to the organizational environment.
  • Manage complex scheduling and travel logistics with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Fluency in both French and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively gather resources to meet those needs.
