Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Medical Director to join our International Markets Access team. As a key member of our French country leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping our market access strategy and driving successful product positioning in France and Belgium.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify evidence requirements for successful access in International Markets, with a focus on France and Belgium.
- Develop and implement program-specific evidence generation plans to meet payer needs across International Markets.
- Leverage science and product data to effectively and convincingly communicate with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with global and regional access teams, as well as medical affairs, to drive optimal market access outcomes.
- Master's degree, MBA, or PhD in science and/or economics.
- Strong experience in pricing and reimbursement across Europe, with specific knowledge of the French market.
- Fluency in both written and oral English and French.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, frequent change, and senior-level engagements.
