About the Role


We are seeking a skilled Accounting Specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.


Key Responsibilities



  • Maintain accurate and complete financial records, including ledgers, journals, and balance sheets
  • Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
  • Provide financial analysis and advice to management
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies

Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field
  • Proficiency in accounting software and systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
