Drive Growth Through Strategic Digital Collaborations

As a Digital Partnerships Manager within AXA Group's Marketing Department, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base through existing digital partnerships and fostering their continued success. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, your primary focus will be on optimizing performance, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with insurance comparison partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize partnership growth, focusing on key metrics such as new business volume, acquisition costs, and average premiums.
  • Generate comprehensive performance reports, providing insights into partnership effectiveness and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate sales events with online private sales partners, driving customer engagement and lead generation.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize existing partnerships through data analysis and collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Share best practices and industry trends with partners, fostering a collaborative environment for mutual success.
  • Proactively identify potential new partnerships, develop compelling business models, and support the partnership development process.
Your Profile:

We seek a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in partnership/project management within a digital environment.

  • Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable institution, ideally in business administration or a related field.
  • Demonstrate 2-3 years of relevant experience in managing digital partnerships.
  • Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct independent data analysis.
  • Be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
