About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at UPTOO. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth through effective relationship management and strategic account planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and sales data
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer success management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
