Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Manager to lead our IT Support team for Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 3 IT Support specialists, providing technical support to employees, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management
- Manage and lead the IT Support team, including training, evaluating performance, and providing ongoing support and development
- Monitor and optimize IT Support performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
- Technical Support
- Provide technical support to employees, including onboarding/offboarding, handling IT Desk tickets, and configuring audio/video systems in meeting rooms
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices to ensure the company's IT Support provides a high-quality level of services
- Communication
- Handle efficient and clear communication to employees about IT issues and fixes
- Equipment Management
- Be proactive in managing physical equipment in offices, including printers, meeting rooms, and flex office desks
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience within an IT Support function
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in managing an IT support team
- Fluent English
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
