To sustain our growth, we are looking for a Business Developer focused on the German market. Your role will be pivotal in our expansion efforts, engaging with a premium and technical product and interacting with qualified, technical stakeholders. Your responsibilities will encompass two main areas:

Responsibilities

STRATEGY & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:

  • Presenting and advocating for our training programs to automatically generated leads, while effectively selling to Franco-German prospects.
  • Conducting phone outreach to key strategic accounts.
  • Implementing a competitive intelligence strategy and developing new offerings.
  • Maintaining relationships with partners and prospects.
  • Identifying client needs and proposing the most suitable training solutions.
  • Building partnerships with publishers, editors, and technology partners.
  • Managing the entire process from acquisition to customer success.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

  • Launching webinars and training sessions.
  • Organizing and participating in technology fairs.
  • Developing innovative strategies for the German market.
  • Collaborating with various teams including tech, acquisition, Data Scientists, and Marketing.
  • Working alongside creative staff.
Qualifications

Bilingual in German and English or German and French:

  • You are self-sufficient, detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong analytical skills.
  • You are proactive and capable of exploring new strategies.
  • You have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills in French, German, and English, and are comfortable with oral communication.
  • To thrive in our team, you should be highly motivated, ready to embrace the challenges of a growing startup, and possess the entrepreneurial spirit that unites us.
  • If you are bilingual in German, master B2B and B2C sales techniques, and wish to enhance your skills in prospecting and negotiation, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.

Remote work from Germany is also an option.
