Location: North West Region
Job Type: Full-time
Reports to: Sales Director
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team in the North West Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve commercial goals in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve commercial goals in the region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and other stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide actionable insights to improve sales
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
- Manage and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze sales data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Fluency in English and French (Mandarin Chinese is a plus)
