L'équipe d'analyste quantitatif basée à Paris travaille en étroite collaboration avec les desks de Trading de GEMS, principalement sur les sujets liés au Gaz. Elle fournit différents éléments au Trading : des prototypes utilisés pour l'analyse des positions, pour le pricing de nouveaux deals et pour le monitoring du marché.
RôleEn tant qu'apprenti.e au sein de l'équipe, vous serez en charge d'interagir régulièrement avec les traders pour mieux comprendre leurs besoins business et leur fournir un support quantitatif adapté dans le cadre de leurs activités quotidiennes. Vous devrez également interagir avec les autres Quants pour échanger sur les modèles, avec pour but de faire émerger de nouvelles idées et tirer parti du partage de connaissances avec les pairs.
Compétences techniquesVous devrez avoir des connaissances approfondies en probabilités, calcul stochastique et analyse numérique. Des bonnes connaissances en finance quantitative et théorie des options seraient un vrai plus. Vous devrez également avoir des bonnes compétences en programmation orientée objet (C#, Python) pour développer des prototypes et des modèles de façon autonome.
Savoir-êtreVous devrez être capable de vous adapter à un environnement agile et en constante évolution. Vous devrez être curieux(se), très dynamique, sérieux(se) et très professionnel(le). Vous devrez également être capable de porter des messages liés à des problèmes complexes.
Parcours académique et expériencesVous devrez avoir un BAC+5 en université ou école d'ingénieur avec une spécialité en mathématiques financières. Nous recherchons idéalement un profil avec une double compétence en mathématiques appliquées (avec de préférence une spécialisation en finance quantitative) et en programmation orientée objet.
