Job Title: Maintenance Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Centurion Search. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities through our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
  • Manage a team of 3 maintenance personnel, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex maintenance issues, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments, including Quality, Production, Logistics, and Safety, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Continuously optimize maintenance operations to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for equipment, including pressure, lifting, and electrical safety.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance roles, preferably in a production environment, ideally in the process industry (cosmetics, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food processing).
  • Strong technical skills in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, automation, and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting production and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on prioritization and decision-making.
  • Leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing teams and driving results.
