Key Responsibilities: As the Culinary Operations Manager at EHPAD LA SAGESSE, you will be responsible for preparing meals using fresh, locally sourced ingredients to satisfy our senior residents. You will also lead your team, manage administrative duties, and ensure the efficient functioning of the kitchen.

Qualifications: A culinary degree, management experience, and HACCP certification are required.
