Job Title: Senior Director, Human Resources

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Director of Human Resources to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive Company. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to our HR function, driving business growth and success through people and organization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that align with our company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead the design and implementation of organization design, talent management, employee engagement, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Develop and manage HR budgets, programs, and policies to support business growth and employee development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve employee experience.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to HR team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Manufacturing and/or consumer products industry experience.
