Job Title: Senior Director, Human Resources

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Senior Director, Human Resources to join our team in Western Europe. As a key member of our HR leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to drive people and organization initiatives that enhance capability and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the business to provide day-to-day and strategic leadership to drive people and organization initiatives.
  • Build and execute business and HR priorities, including talent management, employee engagement, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement organization design principles and cultural evolution plans.
  • Manage international assignment transfers and lead change management or transformation initiatives.
  • Support business leaders and managers in the execution of employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • At least 10 years of progressive HR experience.
  • At least 5 years in implementation of HR initiatives.
  • At least 2 years in at least one HR Specialty Area (Compensation, Benefits, People Relations, People Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Analytics, Organization Development/Design).
  • At least 1 international experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Manufacturing and/or consumer products industry experience.
