Join Our Team as a Senior Director of Human Resources

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of Human Resources to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to our HR function, driving business growth and enhancing employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including recruitment, hiring, and onboarding
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and employee engagement
  • Partner with business leaders to drive organizational change and improvement
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Fluent in French and English
  • At least 10 years of progressive HR experience
  • At least 5 years in implementation of HR initiatives
  • At least 2 years in at least one HR Specialty Area (Compensation, Benefits, People Relations, People Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Analytics, Organization Development/Design)
  • At least 1 international experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Manufacturing and/or consumer products industry experience
