Job Title: Senior Director, Human Resources

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Human Resources to join our team in France. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to drive people and organization initiatives that enhance capability and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business and HR priorities, including talent management, employee engagement, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Partner with the business to provide day-to-day and strategic leadership, driving people and organization initiatives that enhance capability and support business growth.
  • Build and execute business and HR priorities, including talent management, employee engagement, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead the preparation and facilitation of talent reviews and succession planning, collaborating with the Learning COE to identify learning needs and support the execution of the Learning Demand Plan.
  • Manage international assignment transfers, including legal documents, net pay estimates, and onboarding.
  • Partner with Business Leaders in the implementation of organization design and spearhead change management or transformation initiatives for the business.
  • Support Business Partner and Managers in the execution of employee engagement initiatives and advocate for employees through workforce relationships.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in the implementation of HR initiatives and at least 2 years in at least one HR Specialty Area.
  • At least 1 international experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Manufacturing and/or consumer products industry experience.
