Principal QA Engineer

About the Role

Amadeus is seeking a highly skilled Principal QA Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Excellence

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Design and implement automated testing solutions
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software applications

Functional Excellence

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of software products and their functionality
  • Collaborate with product owners to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software applications

Drive Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in internal and external forums to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Building Relations and Knowledge Sharing

  • Coach and mentor junior QA engineers
  • Develop and maintain training programs for QA engineers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced QA engineer who is passionate about delivering high-quality software products. You will have a strong background in software testing and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software testing
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
