Principal QA Engineer

About the Role

Amadeus is seeking a highly skilled Principal QA Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Excellence

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Design and implement automated testing solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members

Functional Excellence

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services
  • Collaborate with product owners to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members

Drive Continuous Improvement

  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Develop and maintain metrics to measure testing effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Principal QA Engineer who is passionate about delivering high-quality products and services. You will have a strong background in software testing and quality assurance, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

You will be a strong communicator and team player, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

You will have a strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum, and be familiar with testing tools and frameworks.

You will be fluent in English and have a strong understanding of the travel industry and its challenges.
