Key Responsibilities- Participate in Investment Committees: Engage in discussions and decision-making processes regarding investment opportunities.
- Credit Rating Validation: Assess and validate credit ratings in accordance with established methodologies.
- Credit Risk Opinions: Draft comprehensive credit risk opinions and manage requests for derogations and amendments, ensuring compliance with investment policies.
- Monitoring Investments: Ensure that all invested assets are closely monitored and aligned with sustainability and responsible investment (SRI) objectives.
- Establish Key Risk Indicators: Develop and maintain Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and investment-related scorecards, providing regular reports to risk management committees.
- Credit Risk Analysis: Conduct thorough credit risk analyses for potential private debt investments, offering independent credit assessments.
- Asset Valuation Contribution: Assist in the valuation process of private debt assets, including modeling and parameter validation.
- Process Improvement: Enhance credit risk processes by collaborating on projects with the Risk Department.
This role will also involve project financing and tertiary real estate financing, utilizing credit rating tools from leading agencies such as S&P, Moody's, and Fitch.
