Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to achieve sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand customer relationships, and increase market share.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and developing solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Team Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate sales team performance, providing coaching and development opportunities to improve sales skills and knowledge.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop and execute plans to pursue these opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales performance reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic plans, and a deep understanding of the sales process and customer needs.
Working Environment

This is a remote work opportunity with occasional travel required to customer sites and company offices. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
