We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Director to oversee our retail operations in Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing retail strategies, managing sales teams, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Retail Strategies: Develop and implement retail strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives, including sales growth, market share, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Sales Teams: Lead, manage, and mentor sales teams across multiple regions in Italy, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to achieve sales targets.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Build Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, including Sephora, to drive collaboration and mutual success.
  • Monitor and Evaluate Performance: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of retail strategies, making adjustments as needed to ensure sales targets are met.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree: A master's degree from a business school is required.
