Data & AI Communication, Culture and Strategy Expert - (H/F)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data & AI Communication, Culture and Strategy Expert to join our team at AXA Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the definition and implementation of our Data & AI Strategy, nurturing and strengthening the establishment of a data-driven and AI-empowered culture, and maximizing adoption by demonstrating value and sharing successes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the definition and implementation of the Data & AI Strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and reporting on its evolution and impact through the adequate Committees
- Orchestrate the activation of the Data & AI Office Center of Excellence (CoE) to support departments from ideation to the delivery of their use cases, enriching and maintaining the Data & AI use cases logbook, and applying a client-facing and partner approach
- Promote Data & AI capabilities leveraging on regular exchanges with business teams on data cartography, project reviews and data deletion project
- Design, build and animate the Data & AI Culture program, playing a pivotal role in raising awareness, improving skills and nurturing a data-driven and AI-empowered culture within the organization
- Showcase success stories through diverse communication campaigns to ensure widespread adoption and enthusiasm for Data & AI initiatives, inspiring and empowering teams to embrace the change
- Establish and animate vibrant Data & AI communities to foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovation, creating a network of business partners across the organization to drive Data & AI excellence
