We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Success Specialist. This role presents a unique opportunity to grow and thrive in a dynamic, digital, and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Establish strong relationships with US customers, providing guidance and support throughout the lifecycle of their projects
- Develop and implement customer success plans, starting from solution implementation and continuing throughout the project's lifespan
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance customer knowledge and skills
- Monitor project progress on a monthly basis, sharing best practices and feedback with customers
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring contract renewal and upselling opportunities
- University graduate with a focus on commercial, digital, or engineering fields
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Customer Success, Engagement Consultant, Change Management Consultant, or Account Manager roles
- Proven ability to handle complex projects and multiple client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong service orientation and analytical skills
