Global Training Manager F/H

RIMOWA, la première Maison allemande du groupe LVMH, recrute son Global Training Manager F/H pour accompagner son développement accéléré. Dans un contexte de transformation omnicanale et de diversification produits, vous jouerez un rôle stratégique dans l'élévation de l'expérience client en boutique, en faisant grandir nos équipes retail par le développement de leurs compétences relationnelles, de vente et leur expertise produit.
Missions- Expérience Client et Cérémonie de Vente : vous challengez, déployez et assurez la bonne maîtrise par les équipes de la cérémonie de vente RIMOWA en garantissant la cohérence entre tous les points de vente, et avec l'ensemble des canaux de ventes et de relations (Customer Service Center, Client Care, ecommerce).
- Expérience Client Care : vous intégrez les parcours et compétences spécifiques au Client care, service faisant partie intégrante de la proposition de valeur Rimowa dans nos boutiques.
- Expertise Produit : en coordination avec les équipe Produits et Retail vous identifiez, développez et déployez des programmes de formation produit & techniques de vente impactantes avec l'objectif d'élever le niveau d'expertise des équipes.
- Digital Learning : vous concevez les programmes et drivez la feuille de route pour l'évolution des fonctionnalités de l'outil training en cohérence avec votre stratégie de training personnalisée.
- Manager Training : en coordination avec les Ressources Humaines, vous développez le Manager & Leadership Training programme pour accompagner les responsables retail.
- Vous structurez et animez la communauté des Training Managers en région : vous les formez pour former, vous les challengez, vous pilotez avec eux les priorités et les accompagnez dans le déploiement de la stratégie training en région.
- Vous mettez en place un monitoring de l'activité pour évaluer l'impact et vous développez un reporting personnalisé pour identifier les action nécessaires.
- 10 à 15 ans d'expérience en Training Produit, Retail Training ou Training Développent dans un environnement international / Luxe
- Passion pour l'expérience client et le service
- Grande sensibilité pour le produit et le design
- Solide connaissance Retail
- Excellente communication écrite et parlée
- Présentation écrite et orale de manière claire, convaincante et engageante
- Anglais courant impératif (langue de travail), l'allemand est un plus
- Esprit entrepreneur, habitué à travailler en mode projet et transversalement dans des structures à évolution rapide.
