Job Title: Training and Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Delivery Manager to join our team at Kyriba Corp.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the standardization of the delivery process and performing value-added services for the Kyriba Academy.

This includes enabling project team members and delivering custom ad-hoc projects, as well as developing quantitative and qualitative metrics to increase Kyriba Employees' knowledge of the application.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert in gathering requirements and developing solutions to address client needs
  • Proactively lead in-person and virtual training on specific modules to internal consultants, product engineers, and partners
  • Coordinate internal campaigns to maintain awareness of Kyriba's new and emerging capabilities and the potential application on client engagements
  • Contribute and assist in the creation of collateral for trainings
  • Mentor partners or internal consultants with less experience through formal channels
  • Seek and participate in development opportunities above and beyond standard Kyriba training
  • Design and develop ELMS content, including applicational training in multiple formats and collaboration learning opportunities
Requirements:
  • Possess a thorough understanding of Kyriba Modules capabilities
  • A bachelor's degree plus 3 to 8 years of experience in managing the Kyriba application
  • 40% travel to Kyriba training sites and meetings is required
  • Experience identifying, analyzing, and disseminating best practices across a network of partners
  • High level of organization is required; experience in program management is a plus
  • Ability to develop, document, and communicate project timelines and processes and to manage geographically and organizationally dispersed stakeholders through them
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex data, findings, and ideas clearly
