Your Next Challenge

The Corporate Strategy Lead collaborates with senior executives and cross-functional teams at Pluxee to shape pivotal decisions, create significant impact, and drive transformation. This role involves co-leading the strategic planning process in close partnership with senior management (Executive Committee, Global and Country teams) and key stakeholders, while managing strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Strategic Planning Processes

  • Develop frameworks, guidelines, and supporting documentation to assist countries in the strategic planning process.
  • Consolidate and oversee global analyses of strategic plans from various countries and entities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Global Finance team to establish ambitious goals.
  • Co-create a system for tracking and following up on strategic priorities and initiatives.

Support Discussions on Strategic Evolution

  • Monitor, analyze, and disseminate insights on global business trends and competitive landscape relevant to Pluxee.
  • Prepare presentations for top management, including materials for the Board and external investors.

Oversee Complex Strategic Projects

  • Assume a project management role in global strategic initiatives, such as mergers and acquisitions and partnership discussions.
  • Construct, analyze, and evaluate financial models, business cases, and scenarios as required.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, engaging both internal and external stakeholders (buyers, sellers, or partners).
  • Develop work plans and manage contributions from team members, ensuring accountability and follow-up on deliverables.
  • Maintain oversight and clear monitoring in dynamic, fast-paced project environments.
  • Identify potential partners or acquisition targets that align with Pluxee's strategic goals.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Master’s degree and/or M.B.A from a recognized business or engineering institution.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Global Strategy Consulting firm as a Consultant or Senior Associate, preferably in sectors related to Pluxee, such as payments or employee benefits.
  • Additional experience in a large multinational organization is advantageous.
  • Proven track record of high achievement and success.
  • Strong project management capabilities with experience in multidisciplinary, international teams.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to maintain a strategic perspective and understand the broader context.
  • Proficient in financial analysis and modeling, with a solid grasp of key business metrics and stock market dynamics, ideally with experience in M&A projects.
  • Demonstrates curiosity, openness to innovative working methods, and a digital mindset.
  • Proficient in the MS Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams) and familiar with BI visualization tools like Power BI.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English; proficiency in French and/or other European languages is a plus.

Selection Process:

  • Initial video call with the Talent Acquisition Team.
  • Meeting with the VP of Strategy (Direct Manager) and a business case discussion.
  • Team introduction via video call with another team member and the HR Business Partner.
  • Final meeting with the Chief Strategy, Marketing and Sales Officer, and Chief Revenue Officer.
