Regional Sales Coordinator

Ouster is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Coordinator to support our European team in achieving exceptional results. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a vital role in managing customer engagements, opportunities, and ongoing projects. Your primary focus will be on assisting the sales team with opportunity management, order planning, and ensuring timely delivery of sales-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to manage customer opportunities and orders.
  • Process customer sales orders, including the issuance of sales quotations, purchase orders, and other sales documentation.
  • Liaise with customers and logistics to support shipment delivery and customs clearance matters.
  • Ensure proper follow-up of RMAs (logistics/finance) and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate regional marketing events and campaigns as required by the team.
  • Monitor and follow up on account receivables.
  • Liaise with the team to ensure stock and sales forecasts are up to date.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including subcontractors and billing.
Desired Qualities and Skills:
  • Diploma in business or engineering or other relevant qualification.
  • Fluent or native-language English (written and spoken) + French.
  • Working experience with order processing flow, shipment documentation, and customs requirements.
  • Basic sales, trading, and contracting concepts.
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems (Sales Force, SAP, etc.).
  • Experience in a multicultural international team environment.
  • Positive and flexible attitude with independent management initiative.
