About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Designer to join our team at MBDA. As a Mechanical Designer, you will be responsible for creating detailed designs and models of mechanical systems and components. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop mechanical systems and components using computer-aided design (CAD) software
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets technical requirements and specifications
  • Conduct analysis and testing to validate design performance and safety
  • Develop and maintain design documentation and records
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in mechanical design
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in mechanical design and engineering
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
