Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Bombardier. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of human resources programs and processes, including performance management, compensation, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the design, development, and implementation of strategic and tactical solutions to meet the operational objectives of the organization.
  • Coach and support managers in labor relations, workforce planning, recruitment, compensation, organizational development, performance management, and change management.
  • Apply and interpret collective agreements and labor laws, participate in grievance and conflict resolution, and improve organizational climate.
  • Collaborate with managers to achieve their goals and those related to human capital development, defining issues in terms of HR development and organizational development, and leading analysis and diagnosis of customer needs.
  • Ensure the implementation of alignments and philosophy of Labor Relations of Bombardier.
  • Manage and perform daily HR transactions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in HR in a unionized manufacturing environment.
  • Strong labor relations foundation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both official languages, spoken and written.
  • Ability to influence management and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • High level of customer focus, autonomy, and dynamism.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office suite.
