About Co-Efficience

We are a specialized company providing custom insulation solutions for industrial integrators (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and end-users. Our expertise lies in thermal, acoustic, and fire protection insulation solutions for various industries such as Marine, Railways, Appliances, Heating, Glass, Ceramics, and Foundries.

We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team based near Rouen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and expand a client portfolio nationally with OEMs and end-users
  • Prospect targeted sectors in line with our defined strategy
  • Organize and report sales activities independently
  • Initiate high-value improvement projects with industrial clients
  • Demonstrate the value and ROI of our solutions to clients
  • Negotiate profitable agreements
  • Develop existing customer relationships and suggest continuous improvements
Requirements

Must have a technical or sales background, with prior experience in selling custom products to industrial clients (OEMs). Self-driven, proactive, and dynamic individuals are preferred. Experience in industrial insulation (thermal, acoustic) is a plus.

Travel: 2 overnights every 15 days
