Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Representative to join our team as a Territory Sales Manager in Rouen. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a portfolio of clients and prospects in the BtoB market, focusing on express and international shipping services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an existing portfolio of 3MEUR in revenue and prospect for new clients on the territory through actions of loyalty (50%) and conquest (50%) to acquire new market shares.
- Identify and qualify key decision-makers and potential prospects.
- Propose products that meet the client's needs and build a tariff offer in line with our commercial strategy.
- Act as a liaison between internal services and clients (accounting, marketing).
- Feed databases and activity reports.
- Conduct competitive monitoring in the sector.
- Provide regular reporting to your superior.
Requirements:
- Degree in commercial or sales training (Bac +2 minimum, BTS level).
- At least one year of commercial experience (stages and alternance included) as a Commercial Sales Representative or Sales Engineer in BtoB sales.
- Strong commercial temperament and excellent interpersonal skills to quickly build trust with clients.
- Previous experience in the transportation industry is an asset.
