About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team at the Saint-Gobain Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing our commercial strategy in the Normandy region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Site Managers to develop sales portfolios for our itinerant sales representatives, analyze results, and control qualitative interviews.
  • Participate in the recruitment and integration of itinerant sales representatives.
  • Work closely with Managers to motivate and animate our sales team.
  • Explain our company's methods and tools to our sales representatives and ensure they adhere to our standards.
  • Contribute to the training of our sales team by sharing your knowledge of sales methodologies and customer visits.
  • Dynamize our commercial actions to drive sales growth and promote our regional sales plan.
  • Ensure the deployment of customer-focused services across our sales team.
  • Be a key player in improving the efficiency of our sales prospecting and customer visits.
  • Ensure compliance with our QSE procedures, particularly those related to road safety and traffic regulations.

Requirements

We are looking for a professional with a strong background in sales and a proven ability to motivate and lead a sales team. You should have a deep understanding of the construction materials distribution industry and be able to add value at all levels of our commercial organization. Experience in sales operations is a plus. You should be a convincing and persuasive individual with strong communication skills.
