Job Title: Content & Customer Marketing Manager (Retail - SaaS)

We are seeking a highly skilled Content & Customer Marketing Manager to join our team at OneStock. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our content strategy and driving engagement with our target audience in the retail sector.

About the Role:

As the Content & Customer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating compelling, data-driven content that highlights the value of our OMS solutions. You will work closely with our customers and partner organizations to craft impactful stories that resonate with retail professionals and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute content strategies that drive engagement, lead generation, and thought leadership.
  • Create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content aligned with our global strategy.
  • Manage external partners, including writers, copywriters, designers, and translators.
  • Lead the content marketing efforts to better use data from our Business Intelligence Suite for effective communication.
  • Drive communication on sustainability and possibly conduct research work to understand customer needs.
Requirements:
  • At least five years' experience in B2B content marketing management (ideally in SaaS).
  • Knowledge of the retail industry, with a strong understanding of the advantages of composable.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute content strategies that drive engagement and lead generation.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and the ability to analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of marketing tools such as HubSpot, WordPress, and social media platforms.
