Global Key Account Director

As a Global Key Account Director at SPX FLOW, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success. This senior leadership position requires a strong understanding of key account management principles and the ability to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of key accounts across all regions, including Americas, Europe, Emerging Markets, and APAC.
- Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Negotiate contracts and framework agreements to maximize profits and drive business growth.
- Forecast and track key account metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
- Develop and update key account plans to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- At least 5 years of experience in account management, key account management, sales management, or a related role.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple key accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent spoken and written English and French languages.
- Experience working in an international environment within a matrix organization.
- Travel up to 40% of the time.
