Global Key Account Director

As a Global Key Account Director at SPX FLOW, you will play a critical role in driving the company's success by building and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers. This senior leadership position requires a strong strategic thinker who can provide direction, leadership, and accountability for key account growth globally.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute key account plans to increase wallet share, grow revenue, and enhance profitability
- Serve as the lead point of contact for key customers, developing trusted advisor relationships and negotiating contracts/framework agreements to maximize profits
- Forecast and track key account metrics, preparing reports on account status and developing the Key Account Plan for each customer
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- At least 5 years of experience in account management, key account management, sales management, or a related role
- Proven ability to juggle multiple key accounts, maintaining attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Fluent spoken and written English and French languages, with experience working in an international environment
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering or a related discipline preferred
