About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Real Estate Business Development Manager to join our team at Ayming. As a key member of our Real Estate and Taxation department, you will be responsible for promoting our services to clients and prospects, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and present our Real Estate and Taxation services to clients and prospects, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of our solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Real Estate and Taxation market, including industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and executing sales strategies and tactics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and delivery teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
  • Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to senior management, including sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and market trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably in the Real Estate and Taxation industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Real Estate and Taxation market, including industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, including meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.
