Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Mobile Sales Executive. This role is essential for driving our recovery and recycling initiatives through effective multi-channel outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance recovery and recycling operations by engaging in proactive prospecting.
  • Develop and oversee corrective action plans and continuous improvement strategies.
  • Establish and nurture commercial partnerships within the industry.
  • Design a prospecting strategy, assess market opportunities in your designated area, and execute the development plan in collaboration with management.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with current suppliers, boost activity levels, and manage bids in accordance with commercial protocols.
  • Evaluate technical and economic viability, prepare comprehensive offers, and negotiate commercial contracts.
  • Ensure adherence to commercial guidelines, pricing structures, and purchasing conditions set by the organization.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and actions taken.
  • Conduct visits to ensure compliance with individual systems and eco-organism control requirements, implementing necessary action plans.
  • Address and resolve customer and supplier inquiries and issues.
Position Requirements:
  • This is a field-based role requiring travel across multiple regions.
  • A company vehicle will be provided for business purposes.
  • The position offers a competitive annual gross salary starting from 45,000 EUR, excluding additional benefits.
Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum Bac+2 qualification with proven experience in a similar position within the Automotive sector.
  • Strong technical and commercial acumen, with a solid understanding of the End-of-Life Vehicle Recycling industry.
  • A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and adapt to new sales methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical requirements to clients and suppliers while collaborating with various stakeholders.
  • A hands-on role in a dynamic and innovative environment.
