Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez

  • Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie tarifaire B2C pour maximiser les revenus
  • Effectuer des analyses permettant d'évaluer la rentabilité des contrats
  • Gérer l'ouverture et la fermeture des canaux de vente
  • Prédire les ventes et établir les budgets de chiffre d'affaires annuels
  • Surveiller la concurrence et ajuster les stratégies en conséquence
  • Établir une relation de confiance avec les directeurs d'établissements et les équipes commerciales pour les questions liées aux revenus
  • Participer aux projets de la Direction

Qualifications

L'optimisation fait partie de votre ADN? Enthousiaste, agile, dynamique et proactif, vous avez de vraies capacités de communication et de conviction? Vous avez une excellente maîtrise d'Excel et un appétit insatiable pour les chiffres? Vous parlez anglais?

Votre profil nous intéresse : nous recherchons notre nouveau Revenue Manager multi-sites au sein du siège d'Accor en France. Vous avez une expérience (2-3 ans minimum) en tant que Revenue Manager, Revenue Analyst ou Analyste Pricing. Nous recherchons avant tout des personnes partageant nos valeurs et notre état d'esprit. Accompagné d'un team leader, vous conduisez une stratégie de commercialisation sur un périmètre de 6 à 8 Aparthotels en France ou en Europe.
