Revenue Account Manager

Preferred Hotels & Resorts is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Account Manager to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability for our hotels in Northern Europe.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement revenue optimization strategies for our hotels, including rate analysis, availability, and distribution channel management.
- Conduct regular hotel business reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to hotel management.
- Collaborate with our global reservation and revenue team, GDS, central implementations, finance, sales & marketing departments, and preferred distribution partners to drive revenue growth.
- Provide training and support to hotel revenue managers to enhance their revenue management skills.
- Work closely with our regional directors to develop and implement regional revenue strategies.
- Minimum 8 years of hospitality or travel industry experience, including 3 years of revenue management or hotel operations experience.
- Proven understanding of distribution, pricing, and revenue management principles.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, customer service orientation, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English, with other languages a plus.
