Job Title: Revenue Account Manager

Preferred Hotels & Resorts is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Account Manager to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability for our hotels in Northern Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement revenue optimization strategies for our hotels, including rate analysis, availability, and distribution channel management.
  • Conduct regular hotel business reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to hotel management.
  • Collaborate with our global reservation and revenue team, as well as our sales and marketing departments, to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Provide training and support to hotel revenue managers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to optimize revenue.
  • Work closely with our regional directors to develop and implement regional revenue strategies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in hospitality or travel industry, with at least 3 years of revenue management experience.
  • Proven understanding of revenue management principles, including distribution, pricing, and revenue optimization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to read and interpret statistical data.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with hotel management and other stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
