Key Responsibilities- Design and implement customer-centric processes to deliver exceptional customer experiences and improve operational performance.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to identify process improvement opportunities and drive prioritization and selection of strategically relevant process initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops to understand and map existing processes and customer journeys, identifying pain points and areas for improvement.
- Monitor, document, and present process improvements, and manage the implementation of identified improvements.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor performance and provide consulting and coaching services to regional Lean referents and other stakeholders.
- Participate in and/or lead business projects work streams as needed.
- Customer-centric orientation and a proven track record in process optimizations, operational excellence, and lean management.
- Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in process mapping and implementing impactful improvements with efficiency savings.
- Deep end-to-end knowledge of processes such as Order to Cash, Invoicing, and Claims Management.
- Superior interpersonal skills to drive cross-functional collaboration and lead change initiatives.
- Polished written and oral communication skills in French and English, with additional languages a plus.
- Creative, innovative, analytical, and collaborative mindset.
- Project management and facilitation skills, with a high level of organization, design thinking, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of financial services and credit insurance is highly appreciated.
