Senior Business Development Manager

ING France is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Commodities, Food & Agri (CF&A) sector, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining profitable multi-product relationships with clients and prospects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute commercial strategies in coordination with key internal stakeholders.
- Manage a portfolio of French existing and new sectorized corporates.
- Grow profitable relationships with large corporates (CAC40/SBF120/family offices) active exclusively in Commodities, Food & Agri.
- Lead and execute the commercial approval process, aligning various internal stakeholders.
- Provide relevant commercial input on Credit Applications, Modifications, and Reviews.
- Business school/University master's degree (bac +5) in economics/finance, and/or CFA or equivalent academics.
- Minimum 7 years of successful experience in Relationship Management/Front Office/origination roles.
- Ability to prospect and originate with a differentiating mindset.
- Experience in the Food & Agri sector is a must.
- Deal/transaction experience and proven contribution to winning new business/new clients.
- Understanding and knowledge of CIB products.
- Credit analysis skills and knowledge; understanding of and adherence to credit and compliance processes.
